My name is Marie, aka The Girl in the Black Dress. I am half-Luxembourgish and half-French and I specialize in Investment Real Estate in the beautiful sunshine city of Dubai and in other Alternative Investments.
Having lived in France, Canada, Argentina, Australia, Sweden, and Luxembourg before coming to Dubai I am particularly versed in looking after an international clientele speaking English, French, Spanish, and even Luxembourgish.
I started in corporate finance and later co-founded and successfully sold my first business catering to high-value individuals. Being passionate about both architecture and investor value creation naturally led me to the exciting world of high ROI and Alternative Investments.
With an ever-growing population and thousands of foreign workers relocating to Dubai annually to expand their careers in a safe, cosmopolitan, and global trading hub, it is hard to miss why Dubai is a haven for real estate investment.
