This innovative project will be the first project for R.Evolution in Dubai. The developer specialises in luxury projects in Europe and will be bringing his knowledge and way of working to Dubai.  90% of the materials will be sourced from Europe & Australia. 

The project is aiming to obtain a leed platinum certification as the developer only build to this standard in Europe. This will then be the first ever residential tower to be Leed platinum in Dubai.
